At EGYNOSE, each fragrance is crafted and handled with care. Due to the nature of perfumery products, we maintain a considered returns policy to preserve product integrity, hygiene standards, and overall quality.
Please review the information below before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The item is unused and unopened
• The product remains in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrances that have been opened, used, or altered.
Complimentary 2ml Tester
With every full-size bottle purchase, EGYNOSE includes a complimentary 2ml tester of the same fragrance.
We kindly ask that you try the 2ml tester before opening your full-size bottle. This allows you to experience the composition on your skin while preserving the original packaging.
If the full-size bottle remains unopened and in its original condition, it may be eligible for return in accordance with this policy.
Opened full-size bottles are not eligible for return.
Discovery Set
Discovery Sets are designed to allow customers to experience our compositions before committing to a full bottle.
Due to the intended purpose of this product, Discovery Sets are non-refundable once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different fragrance, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
